Primrose Property Estate Agent Achieves Property Qualification of Excellence
We are delighted to announce that Jesmond McAdam, an estate agent at Primrose Properties in Alloa, has achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) SCQF Level 6 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property Scotland.
The Technical Award, which is a nationally recognised industry qualification, meets the National Association of Estate Agents’ (NAEA) membership requirements for those looking to join the Association as a member agent. NAEA is the UK’s foremost professional body for estate agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK private rented sector.
Jesmond comments: “It was important for me to secure this recognised qualification as an estate agent. It is not only a personal achievement but also a mark of professionalism and trust; it provides reassurance to consumers that Primrose Properties adheres to the highest professional standards, and that employees are qualified and knowledgeable estate agents.”
Primrose Properties is among a growing number of agents across the UK working with NAEA and the NFoPP Awarding Body to become qualified and raise standards within the industry.
Mark Hayward, Managing Director of NAEA, concludes: “I congratulate Jesmond McAdam on her achievement of the Level 6 qualification and hope to welcome her to full NAEA membership in the near future.”
